Mr.A.P.P ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Masaurhi P.S. Case no. 192/2002 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 747/2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act as well as section 17 CLA Act. Earlier prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on 04.06.2020 with observation that if the trial will not be concluded within a period of nine months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Report has been called for which has been received and kept at flag "A" which shows that charge has already been framed and the case is pending for prosecution evidence. The trial court has prayed for extension of six months' time for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30271 of 2021(3) dt.27-09-2021 2/2 conclusion of the trial.

Considering the nature of the accusation and stage of the trial, prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible.
