Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged snatching and looting of cash of Rs.35,000 and 1,75,000/- on the point of pistol by unknown miscreants.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case on confession of co-accused. No incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been made. He is in custody since 01.06.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65718 of 2018(2) dt.30-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017.
