Having regard to the limited nature of allegation for offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the injury inflicted by the petitioners being found to be substantiated in the injury report and that the petitioners also have criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Ram Dal Singh @ Ram Dayal Singh and Shashi Kant Singh is hereby rejected.

Nothing said in this order, however, shall stand in the way of the petitioners in surrendering and making a prayer for regular bail.
