The petitioners have challenged the order contained in memo no. 270 dated 15.2.2019 in the present writ petition. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7446 of 2019(3) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation addressed to the District Education Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the District Education Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif and on filing such representation the District Education Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is needless to state here that all the circulars of the State Government and decision of the Higher Authorities shall be binding on the District Education Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
