JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1 a. To quash the order vide memo no.6 dated 13.07.2014 passed by Learned Sub-Rivisional Officer, Danapur whereby and whereunder it has been directed to provide force Police force so as to give the possession to respondent no. 5 to 7.

To quash memo no. 731 dated 2.8.14 passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.19963 of 2014(2) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 Circle officer, Manor (Patna) whereby and whereunder Circle Inspector has been directed to ensure that respondent no. 5 to 7 are put into possession of the land. c.

To direct the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation dated 12.8.14."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, including prosecuting the pending title suit bearing Title Suit No.226 of 2008, which is pending considering before the learned Court of Sub-Judge-II, Danapur Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
