The petitioner seeks regular bail in Turkaulia (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 297/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that when the informant reached near the house of Vijay Singh, he found one person sitting on the motorcycle. On seeing the informant he tried to flee away, but was apprehended. He disclosed his name as Md. Meraj Alam. He further disclosed that he along with Prem Kumar and Nitesh Kumar Pandey had come to commit theft in the house of Vijay Singh. The informant entered into the

One person was apprehended by the police who disclosed his name as Prem Kumar and he also stated that another person was Nitesh Kumar Pandey who managed to run away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Prem Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 30.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65712/2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 297/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
