JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard Sri Prabhas Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to AAG No. 15. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the present writ petition the Appeal preferred by the petitioners before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority has been rejected. In view of the fact that now order has been passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority and in view of constitution of Bihar State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, the writ petition can be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Bihar State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. It goes without saying that period consumed by the petitioners in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 5.1.2015 till date shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
