====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatiya (Kumarbag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with the order dated 19.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 8021 of 2020, seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, prays that the learned court below be directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the very same day of filing of the regular bail petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30864 of 2021(3) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya (Kumarbag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from today and seek the privilege of regular bail. It is needless to state that the learned court below shall pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, upon the bail petition to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day of filing of the same.
