Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Arer P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021 (G.R. No. 2537 of 2021) for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery of illicit liquor from the petitioner, who has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20944 of 2022(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021 (G.R. No. 2537 of 2021), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
