JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 18.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 11612 of 2017, whereby, Registrar of the B.R.A. Bihar University was directed to examine the representation that may be filed by the petitioner regarding payment of dues as well as statutory interest.

2. Opposite party Nos. 2 to 4 / Registrar of the B.R.A. Bihar University has filed a show cause, wherein, it has been stated that the representation filed by the petitioner dated 09.07.2018, was examined in the light of the direction passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.1149 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 the writ petition and on such examination the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by a reasoned order passed on 31.08.2019. A copy of the reasoned order dated 31.08.2019 has also been enclosed as Annexure - A to the show cause.

3. On perusal of the show cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 2 to 4, I find that the order dated 18.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 11612 of 2017 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
