2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of Arms Act

3. According to the prosecution case, F.I.R. named accused persons took away the son of the informant and later on, the informant came to know that his son was shot dead. Informant suspects that the this petitioner along with other accused persons with the help of some unknown person killed his son.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Singh. Except the confessional statement, there is no other tangible evidence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20877 of 2023(3) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai O.P.) P. S. Case No. 196 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
