The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 308, 337, 338, and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have pelted stones. It is submitted that there is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioners and simple injuries are caused to the informant. There is a counter version. Similarly situated accused Mukesh Rai and others have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39517 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40960 of 2015 (3) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
