The petitioner is accused in connection with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier refused on merit on 04.02.2016 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50593 of 2015 and now five witnesses including the informant, who is the father of the deceased, have been examined but none have supported the prosecution case.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47582 of 2016 (3) dt.07-12-2016 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Buxar, in connection with S. Tr. No. 251 of 2015 arising out of Navanagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
