The petitioner-Mukesh Sahani @ Mukesh Kumar Sahni was allowed regular bail by this Court on 20.09.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.57215 of 2018 on the merit of the case in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S.Case No.52 of 2018. The petitioner has not been released up-till-now for the reason that wrong S.Tr. No.was mentioned in the bail petition and consequently the same error cropped up in the order aforesaid. The correct S.Tr. No. is S. Tr. No. 371 of 2018 which has wrongly been typed in the bail petition at different places as well as in the order dated 20.09.2018 as S.Tr. No.871 of 2018. The correction is typographical one.

Hence, prayer for correction is allowed.

Let S.Tr. No.371 of 2018 be substituted in place of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70408 of 2018(3) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 S.Tr.No.871 of 2018 in the order dated 20.09.2018 and it be communicated to the learned court below.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands allowed.
