The petitioner is in custody in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.07.2018.

Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted regular bail.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than ten

No.19257 of 2019(3) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018.
