2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.01.2025, seeks regular bail in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 112, 303(2), 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 336(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the petitioner and from the confessional statement of the petitioner, one more stolen motorcycle was recovered. The petitioner has confessed that he deals in stolen motorcycles as the co-accused supply him the stolen motorcycles and he sells the stolen motorcycles after changing their engine number and chassis number.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner as well as the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
