The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24208 of 2015 whereby the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, arising out of G.R. No. 309 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Danapur, Patna and the petitioners were directed to surrender in the learned court below within a period of four weeks but due to some unavoidable reason they could not surrender in the learned court below within the stipulated period. The period of surrender of the petitioners in the learned court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4186 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 13.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24208 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
