Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 910 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that on information received by him he had gone to the place of occurrence where two motorcycles were found to be parked and 12-13 persons were present there, however, none could produce the ownership of the motorcycle and as such all were booked for the offence for stealing and keeping motorcycle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68264 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession except one mobile which belongs to him. He is in custody since 10.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 910 of 2018.
