Heard Mr. Ayush Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 548 of 2019 dated 22.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 461 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The shop of the informant is alleged to have been ransacked and Rs. 22,000/- was taken away from the cash-chest. The CCTV camera footage disclosed that one Bipul Kumar was one of the miscreants. Aforesaid Bipul Kumar, on his arrest, confessed his guilt and also named the petitioner as one of his

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that apart from the aforesaid confession of an arrested accused person, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the offence.

The petitioner is a young person with no criminal antecedents.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 548 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
