JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of appropriate writ of Mandamus or any other or appropriate writ(s) or order(s) or direction(s) commanding the Respondent Authorities to immediately terminate the respondent no.6 after thorough investigation from the post of Anaganwari Sevika in Aganwadi Kendra for uninformed absenteeism from work place for more than three years.

(ii). For the issuance of appropriate writ of Mandamus or any other or appropriate writ(s) or order(s) or direction(s) commanding the Respondent No.3 and 4 to conduct enquiry and

For the issuance of appropriate writ of Mandamus or any other or appropriate writ(s) or order(s) or direction(s) commanding the respondent authorities to investigate into the embezzlement of fund made by the respondent no.6 in distribution of Mid-day mill and funds provided for the welfare of the Children."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
