1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to make payment of entire salary of the period of suspension i.e. from 21.06.2003 to 27.07.2005 as well as the three increments which have been with held cumulative effect in terms of the order dated 30.03.2006 passed by the appellate authority i.e. respondent no.2 as petitioner has been acquitted from the charges leveled against him vide order dated 05.09.2014 in connection with Alamganj P.S Case No.

262/07.

(ii) For further issuance of direction to make payment entire consequential benefits including the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17116 of 2015(2) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 pensioner benefits to the petitioner."

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
