2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ for commanding and directing the respondents 1 set to make investigation properly the case of Kanti P.S. case no. 209/2022, dated 02/04/2022, under section 341, 323, 324, 307, 34 of the I.P.C. and also to direct the respondent 1 set to submit charge sheet in present case, as even after laps of near about three years the respondent 1st set has not concluded the investigation and has also not submitted progress report to learned subordinate court till now and also to arrest the respondent 2nd set (i.e. res. no.

- 7 to 12), who are name accused in the above mentioned case and also to direct the respondent 1st set to give proper protection to the petitioner as well as his family member, as the respondent 2nd set are giving threat to his life and also create pressure upon the petitioner as well as his father who is practicing advocate at Muzaffarpur to withdraw the present case or to face dare consequences for the same and/ or pass any order/ orders or direction/s which is found fit and proper by this Hon'ble court in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The petitioner is permitted to file an application /representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur for proper investigation.

4. The representation shall be disposed of by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, in accordance with law, and if he finds that there are grounds which calls for interference, he will pass appropriate direction to the I.O. of the case.
