====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 435 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, all the named accused persons have set the bicycle shop of the informant on fire due to which materials worth Rs. 12 lac. got burnt.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners are not named in the FIR and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21416 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 during investigation, the name of the petitioners came into light. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15492 of 2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
