The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chand P.S. Case No. 206 of 2016 registered under Sections 175, 420, 409, 120(b) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was asked to hand over the register and documents with regard to appointment of teachers in the year 2003, 2006, 2008, 2012 and 2014 of Lohdan Panchayat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was posted in Lohdan Panchayat vide letter No. 815 dated 3.10.2016 and the Panchayat Secretary of the aforesaid Panchayat, who was posted in the aforesaid Panchayat from before, not handed over charge to the petitioner and, therefore, the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S.
