Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 130 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,326,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is named accused and there is direct allegation against him. He also submits that the petitioner has repeatedly given 'dabia' blow on the head of the husband of the informant due to which he sustained severe injury.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8378 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
