12. 04-07-2016 Sri Dharmendra Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 5, submits that in view of third counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 & 5, it is evident that due salary for the period of February, 2007 and from February, 2008 to 29-07-2009 has already been paid to the petitioner. However, the claim after the said period is subject to the result of the departmental proceeding. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that the petitioner may pursue the matter before the authority
