JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The dead body of the informant's three years' daughter was recovered and, after that, the informant lodged the present case suspecting the involvement of the petitioner and two others on the ground that one day prior to the alleged occurrence, quarrel had taken place between the petitioner and the wife of the informant. The investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed.

The impugned order goes to show that the witnesses also expressed their suspicion against the petitioner but no one has claimed to have seen the actual killing of the deceased. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be
