The petitioner seeks pre arrest bail in connection with Bariarpur P.S.Case No.199/16 registered under Sections 498 (A), 494/34 of I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P.No.2 the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna on 10.05.2017 to settle the dispute between the petitioner and the O.P.No.2 who are the husband and the wife but the mediation could not succeed because O.P.no.2

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11065 of 2017 (4) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 was not ready to lead conjugal life with the petitioner rather she expressed her desire for one time settlement and she was not ready to live with the petitioner. She demanded Rs.2,00,000/- for one time settlement.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P.S.Case No.199/16, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
