Case No. 171 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 25(1) AAA of the Arms Act Allegation is of recovery of two cartridges from the bag of the petitioner at Airport.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and having no criminal antecedents and he is in judicial custody since 09.08.2018.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
