2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 489(A), 489(B) and 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 22.08.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33006 of 2016.
3. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as also that no subsequent development or new facts have been pleaded, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
