JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2017 The petitioner seeks bail in G.R. No. 2705/16 arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 457/16 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about six months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for about six months, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in G.R. No. 2705/16, arising out of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55184 of 2016 (2) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 457/16, with the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the court below during the course of trial of the case and did not absent on any date fixed in the case without any plausible reason.
