Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner No.2 by order dated 25.06.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.263-C of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul, is hereby confirmed on the same terms. However, from now the Petitioner No.2 shall pay a sum of `1500/- per month instead of `750/- per month.
