The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 25 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though allegation is that an amount has been transferred to the account of the petitioner but the same has been withdrawn by the petitioner. It has further been submitted that petitioner is a lady having settled the dispute outside court also. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid allegation, let the petitioner surrender before the court below and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4880 of 2017 (3) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 make prayer for bail, which will be considered by the court below on the basis of the fact that petitioner is lady and now the matter has also been settled and pass appropriate order, without being prejudiced by this order, preferably on the same day.
