The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 457, 354, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant. The petitioner was caught on the spot. Subsequently, on alarm being raise the family members of the petitioner got him released.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
