Petitioner is said to have given sickle blow over head of the informant causing injury 3" x 1⁄2" x 1⁄4" , 2 1⁄2" x 1⁄2" x 1⁄4" and for that he is under custody since 28.10.2016. Accordingly, petitioner, Soni Kant Mishra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Banka in Amarpur PS Case No. 400/2016.
