It has come at the instance of the petitioner stating that in the order dated 28.11.2018 in the satisfaction portion "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya," has been mentioned in place of "learned 1st Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria,". Further the P.S. Case has also wrongly been mentioned as "Mahkar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017" in place of "Spl. Case No. 42/18 arising out of Araria P.S. Case No. 531/18".

In such view of the matter, in order dated 28.11.2018 in page no.2 "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya," be read as "learned 1st Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria,"

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67657 of 2018(3) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 and similarly the Police Station case be also read as "Spl. Case No. 42/18 arising out of Araria P.S. Case No. 531/18" in place of "Mahkar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017".
