21-03-2017 At the very outset, Sri Subodh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned counsel for the respondent/Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the sole petitioner has left for heavenly abode and as such, on instruction, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that if so advised, legal heirs of the petitioner may approach the authority concerned. The prayer is allowed.
