2. The present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding for non-compliance of order passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.3480 of 2018 dated 04.12.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Letters Patent Appeal No.298 of 2024 which has been filed against the order passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.3480 of 2018 is hereby allowed vide order dated 10.05.2024.
