In view of the averments made in the aforesaid counter affidavit, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondent no.6 or the other functionaries of Allahabad Bank for grant of appropriate relief. Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
