A supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. No. 4. In terms of the direction of the Court, a speaking order, contained in Annexure-A has now been passed, indicating the steps taken after passing of the Order by this Court as well as the mechanism adopted after cancellation of the selection, earlier made, under the controversial circumstances. Such cancellation was made after due direction of Agricultural Production Commissioner.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that there is substantial compliance of the direction issued by this Court and the matter was reconsidered on the basis of the directive issued earlier.
In view of the same, Contempt Application
Patna High Court MJC No.3772 of 2014 dt.21-01-2015 3/3 stands dismissed.
The personal appearance accordingly stands dispensed with.
