The rightful dues of the petitioner, who is an A.N.M., were not paid to her, forcing her to approach this Court for the needful.

In the process, some of the dues of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.8259 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/3 was paid but some dues, viz., arrears of salary and benefits of financial progression under the A.C.P. Scheme, are still left unpaid. Several representations filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate and the Incharge Medical Officer of the concerned Primary Health Centre have fallen on deaf ears.

Considering this aspect of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 3) within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of the same, shall verify the facts after receiving necessary information from Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Darbhanga and Incharge Medical Officer of the concerned Primary Health Centre and shall pass/caused to be passed a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of ten weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel orders directing for payment of dues be also passed within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this
