Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she stated that she had gone to Delhi along with FIR named accused Amit Mandal on her own volition. Victim appears to be major and she has stated nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S.
