JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that co accused Bharat Bhushan Pathak alias Bhola Pathak and Murari Singh caught the informant when on the order of this petitioner accused Murari Singh fired at the informant and caused injury on the left hand and knee. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of firing is not against the petitioner and specific case of the informant is that the petitioner was standing at a considerable distance. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

No.46553 of 2014 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
