The allegation against the petitioner is that 21 bottles of foreign-made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 21.08.2016 and there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Thana Bihpur Rail GRPS Case No.3 of 2016.
