JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43557/2018, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 83/2018 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner could not surrender before court below within time as another case is also pending against him.

In view of such, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the court below and, in that event, the court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 27.07.2018 passed in Cr.
