1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ to direct the State-Respondents for grant of benefit of pension to the petitioner under JAI PRAKASH SENANI SAMMAN YOJNA framed by Memo No. N/Home Treasury-74/09/2009111 dated 5.6.2009 with effect from 01.06.2009 by the Government of Bihar."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.12710 of 2015(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.02 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Home Special Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
