Petitioner seeks bail in Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 448, 376, 511, 504/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that instant case has been filed by the informant due to enmity on account of dispute regarding passage between the parties.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence at about 5.00 in the morning the petitioner attempted to commit illegal act with minor daughter of the informant on the point of knife. It is alleged that he also gave knife blow to the daughter of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66847 of 2018(2) dt.19-11-2018 2/2 Injury report of daughter of the informant is enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein, doctor has found injury caused by hard and blunt substance.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Lakhisarai, in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
