2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Sumit Kumar. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Both parties are own gotiyas and due to long standing land dispute between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.29856 of 2024(2) dt.20-05-2024 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 16, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 286 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
