Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the appellants do not want to contest the appeal and, therefore, the appellants be permitted to withdraw this appeal. The respondents do not raise any objection in simple withdrawal of the present appeal. Both the appellants are also present before this Court in person.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the appellants are permitted for withdrawal of this appeal.
