Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to examine the relevant record to ascertain whether the petitioner has performed duty either of the school i.e. original school or the transfered school for the period he is claiming salary. If it is found that the petitioner has actually worked in either of the two schools, the respondent District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.13537 of 2015(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 Officer (Establishment), Gaya is under obligation to see that the payment is made to the petitioner for the period the petitioner has actually worked.

Necessary decision on verification of record may be taken by the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
